For the strong, the weak, the fit and not so fit. Not matter what condition you start in we will provide you with the tools to challenge and change you. Set online and Round 12, we will train as a group once per week, whilst you work on completing the workouts and challenge set each week. The program, with an emphasis on fat loss, will include a private page for us to share recipes, workouts, weekly challenges and inspiration. To ensure you keep on track we will weigh and measure at the start, week 5 and week 10, keeping you accountable and on top of your goals.
Whatever your goals may be, we have no doubt that if you follow our program you will be heading towards achieving them, if not smashing them.
