Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Round 12, we are so excited to have you onboard with us! Please read below
terms and conditions that you, in signing up, are agreeing to.

Inclusions

This membership provides you access to our great group training fitness classes. Fight clubs and personal training will be an additional cost which we are happy to discuss with you. Your membership payments need to be up to date, you must book your classes through our app or website. And # 1 must do is bring a sweat towel and water.

 

Cooling Period

We understand that your situation may change, or you may just change your mind! We
offer a 7-day cooling period upon purchasing your membership whereby you can cancel, obligation free.

 

Health and Safety

Please ensure you let us know of any injuries or health risks that may affect your training
with us. Round 12 is not liable for any injury that may occur in our facility. To ensure your
safety whilst training, please follow any guidelines or procedures identified.

 

Membership Payments

In order to reap the rewards that Round 12 offers, we’re sure you understand we need to
ensure your membership payments are successful! You agree that fees are to be paid in
advance by a frequency of your choosing, and by method of direct debit or credit card. It is
your obligation to ensure your account accepts your chosen payment method and that you have adequate funds available for 3 working days following the membership payment date.

 

Declined Payments

Unfortunately, things happen, but do not worry we have got your back! If you have a
declined payment, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you via email, phone call, text to reprocess the declined payment. Please be mindful our payment provider will charge a dishonour fee up to $14.95 for an unsuccessful payment.

 

Class Booking

We understand that sometimes you won’t be able to make your booked class. We ask that you please cancel your booking as soon as you know you cannot make it to allow other fellow members the opportunity to train. Round 12 reserves the right to charge a penalty fee where necessary.

 

Cancelling your Membership

If you would like to cancel your membership, please provide 2-week written notice. Once
received, we will let you know your final payment and last date training with us.
Memberships paid upfront for either our 3-month unlimited, fight club or a concession pass cannot be refunded. However, we understand situations beyond everyone’s control occur and are happy to work with you to arrange a form of credit, at our discretion. If you have a contract membership, you will need to provide a payment of 50% of the remaining balance on your membership. For example, if you are 4 months through your 6-month membership, you will need to pay 50% of the 2 months remaining to break your contract (which will be 1 month).

 

Membership Holds

To place your membership on hold, please email us your dates in advance. Unfortunately,
we are unable to backdate membership hold requests. We will be in touch to confirm your
membership hold. Please be aware that if you have a contract membership, pausing your
membership will push your contract end date out accordingly.

 

Indemnification

Your gym membership serves as a liability release, which means you agree to indemnify and hold Round 12 harmless against all claims of loss or damage without limitation. This contract shall be upheld and enforced in accordance with the law.

 

Photographs

We love to share our amazing journey, and we want everyone to be a part of it! You agree
to allow Round 12 to take a video or photo to use for promotion purposes for advertising on social media or hard copy. If we wish to use material for marketing material outside of the purpose’s for social media, we will seek your approval first.
