Pad Round is perfect for those wishing to work on technique, co-ordination, footwork, power, speed & precision. Learn & practice old and new combinations to improve delivery, slipping, rolling, blocking and feigning. Basic boxing skill is required as the class technical. Pad holding experience is preferable.

We will teach you how to punch effectively, using your whole body into the movements to gain muscle tone & improve aerobic and anaerobic capacities. Hard and fast paced. This class is designed to enhance muscle definition, endurance, stamina, speed, power, co-ordination, core and muscle strength through various bag, body weight, weight, plyo and resistance exercises.

6AM PAD CIRCUIT

Lots of variety in this class. Be prepared for body weight exercises, pad work, running and lots of support (and yelling from pocket rocket Ness). Be in an environment that is motivating, challenging and different from the other circuit classes - before your body knows what it's doing at that hour of the morning, with an awesome crew.

Tabata is our wham bam thank you mam class that lasts only 35 minutes, including the 5 minute warm up.
Run in 8 intervals with 20 seconds at max, 10 seconds at rest. Each round lasts 4 grueling minutes and is made up of strength, plyo, body weight and bag exercises that will get the heart rate up, up, up! Be prepared for 6 sets of 4 minute rounds, with 1 minute rest between each round.
